Mature Movers (55+)

Monday 2.30pm – 3.30pm
£4.50 (3 classes for £12.00) first class free

A gentle dance class for adults over 55. Drawing on jazz dance, contemporary and musical theatre this class promotes full body movement; supporting improved mobility, strength, balance and safe alignment with music that will get you tapping your toes and maybe even singing along. Enjoy a cuppa and a biscuit at the end of class.

Sefton Boy Beats (7-11 years)

Monday 4.15pm – 5.15pm £4.00
(sibling discount 2 children take class for £7) first class free

ONLY LADS ALLOWED! This class is a boys only movement class. Focusing on contemporary dance techniques and creativity and choreography. A must for boisterous, energetic young men who love to move. Our dancers will make original dance pieces, learning new partnering and safe lifting skills to developing team work, communication, discipline and promoting strong bodies and healthy minds.

DanceFit (Adults)

Monday 7.30pm – 8.20pm
£4.50 (3 classes for £12.00) first class free

A medium impact dance exercise class. You’ll develop cardiovascular endurance and dynamic strength. Taught through a repertoire of simple routines set to pop music from the 70s, 80s, 90s and 00s, our dancercise class will uplift, energise and leave you wanting to dance your way home!

Dance, Move, Flow (Adults)

Thursday 7.15pm – 8.15pm
£4.50 (3 classes for £12.00) first class free

A dance class drawing on influences including yoga, ballet, conditioning and contemporary dance techniques. The class will focus of developing a sense of fluidity, connecting with breath to open and release the body. Full body movement will promote dynamic alignment and strength as we flow through space, becoming more centred, balanced and a building stronger more flexible physicality.
